I have nearly twenty years of experience helping individuals manage depression and low mood, anxiety difficulties including OCD, health anxiety and worry, and I have experience of supporting people with trauma.

We also explore the roots of these patterns. By understanding your history and how you relate to yourself and others, we create deeper, more lasting emotional change.
