I provide a structured yet compassionate space to help you find your feet. Using CBT and EMDR, we can process difficult birth experiences and manage the "high alert" feeling of early parenthood. By integrating ACT and Compassion-Focused Therapy, I’ll help you quiet the self-criticism and manage the mental load, so you can focus on what matters most to you and your baby.

Juggling a baby and appointments can be difficult. I offer a flexible service designed to meet the realities of new parenthood. I provide daytime, evening, and online appointments to suit your schedule, and please know that your baby is always welcome to attend sessions with you.
